Clear boundaries

Your information and your service

DSDillon uses assessment details to respond to your enquiry and manage agreed services. Client records are restricted to assigned users and authorised DSDillon staff. Contact dayne@dsdillon.com for access, correction, export, closure or deletion requests.

What we collect

Contact details, representation authority, agreed public sources, client-provided feedback, case notes, approval records and delivery events needed for the service. Monitoring is limited to the authorised client and configured sources. A website change or name match requires human assessment.

Retention and access

Records are retained while the service is active and reviewed on account closure. Your service agreement defines retention for evidence and records. Access can be revoked immediately by the account manager. Rate-limit counters expire and are routinely removed. Integration credentials remain in protected server storage.

Reviews and outcomes

Review requests seek honest feedback from eligible customers. Public review access does not depend on a positive private rating. We do not offer fake reviews, guaranteed ratings or guaranteed search rankings.

Correction and removal work

DSDillon can organise evidence and support appropriate requests. Publishers and platforms decide what they remove. Search-result removal and removal from the original website are separate outcomes. Legal advice requires an appropriate professional.

Available sources

The platform supports first-party records, authorised public-page checks and explicit email request workflows. Google review functions require approved API access and an authorised connected location. Broader search, social, SMS and WhatsApp coverage requires additional providers and agreed scope.
